Crescent Hotels & Resorts - 310 South England Street - Responsibilities:
Perform basic services and repairs for rooms, public spaces, offices, back of house spaces, and grounds in and around the hotels and conference centers.;
Respond to maintenance calls for heating, cooling, plumbing, ceilings, walls, floors, pools, fountains, and televisions.;
Assist with painting, drywall touchups, and minor repairs; perform preventative maintenance.;
Use ladders, scaffolds, lifts, and basic tools to complete repairs.;
Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and participate in on-the-job training.
