Perform general maintenance and repairs for hotel rooms, public spaces, offices, back-of-house spaces, and grounds; carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems work;
Troubleshoot equipment to determine repair or replacement needs and monitor life safety, pool, fountain, and kitchen equipment for unusual operations;
Respond to maintenance calls across hotel spaces, ensuring safety and proper repairs; adhere to safety regulations and policies;
Assist with safety programs, on-call coverage, and occasional night/weekend/holiday shift work as required;
Repair and renovate ceilings, walls, doors, fixtures, and related architectural elements; install and replace electrical devices and controls; service HVAC equipment and building automation systems
