Preferred Apartment Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Williamsburg, VA properties. You will perform repairs across appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, gates, pools, and common facilities, and respond to urgent after-hours calls.
Responsibilities include preparing vacant units for rent, maintaining inventory, assisting residents, and coordinating with vendors. A valid driver's license and refrigeration certification (or completion within 90 days) are required.
