• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person

• Perform basic math accurately and quickly
• Give correct monetary change
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Have motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

• Varying weather conditions when delivering, driving, and couponing
• In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F and above in some work areas
• Sudden temperature changes while inside and outside
• Exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F or higher
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts

Forward bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, and hand tasks are required throughout the day. Carrying, walking, and climbing are also common, sometimes involving several flights of stairs.

• Deliver product by car to customers and leave flyers and door hangers

• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery

• Navigation skills for maps, addresses, and adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings

• Carry pizzas and beverages during deliveries
• Drive within designated delivery area, possibly multiple deliveries per shift
• Travel between store, vehicle, and customer locations
• Navigate five or more flights of stairs during deliveries
• Far vision and night vision for driving
