Classroom Teacher
Provide leadership for a program that will generate a desirable curriculum and activities for the student body. This includes the ability to work with administration and staff to plan, implement, and evaluate curriculum and activities. Generate and maintain an organizational climate that is conducive to an agreeable teaching-learning process. This is done by expediting and facilitating the technical aspects of the teaching-learning process.
Accept teaching assignment and duties within the school as assigned by the director of student services and principal. Cooperate with inter curriculum programs such as learning resource mainstreaming, enrichment, etc. Cooperate within the particular department for meaningful curriculum development. Cooperate with the administration for meaningful program development. Cooperate with the administration for meaningful inservice programs. Respond to parental request for conferences.
