About this Role

We believe people should love what they do   in this role, you will be responsible for:

+ Conducting supplier audits to quality standards and in support of supplier selection and improvement

+ Driving effective root cause analyses and corrective action for Lycoming and its customers  Spearheads process improvement activities at supplier facilities

+ Facilitating preventative actions and process control supplier projects that improve quality

+ Analyzing and making decisions utilizing metrics meaningful to supplier quality improvement

+ Providing a clear vision of supplier development strategy and processes for internal and supplier teams

Qualifications

Qualifications:

+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline, Mechanical Engineering preferred

+ Six Sigma knowledge/certification preferred

+ Previous internship experience in manufacturing or quality engineering environment preferred

+ You will not now, or in the future, require sponsorship  i e  H 1B visa, etc   to legally work in the U S
