About This Role

We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for:

• Perform a variety of engineering assignments related to new product development and/or enhancement of existing products
• Creation and maintenance of engine bill of materials (BOM)
• Review engineering changes/revisions to both engineering procedures and drawings
• Create and execute engineering change orders (ECOs) using PLM software
• Consult with customers on designs and specifications
• Assist ODA group with FAA certification effort
• Coordinate activities with Director, Configuration Management and Regulations to ensure business and development goals will be achieved
• May be required to interface with suppliers

Qualifications

+ Actively pursuing BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering

+ Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 GD&T drafting standards

+ BOM creation/maintenance using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)

+ Teamwork approach, presentation skills, ability to resolve conflicts

+ Strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills with high attention to detail
