Maintain a clean, organized, and adequately stocked work environment.;
Ensure safe and secure storage of all medications in compliance with Department of Health, The Joint Commission, and State Board of Pharmacy regulations.;
Prepare oral and injectable medications (including IV admixtures and TPN) for the correct patient at the appropriate time using proper technique.;
Assist in filling medication orders through correct labeling, counting, and stocking practices.;
Assist in distribution of medications, including cassettes, emergency carts, and delivery of controlled substances.
