Assist Produce Manager in day-to-day functions of Produce operations, including merchandising, scheduling, and customer service.;
Oversee department inventories and labor costs, maintain backroom organization, and ensure product freshness and proper dating/rotation.;
Supervise associates within the department and assist in scheduling, training, and recognition of performance.;
Maintain displays, ensure accurate pricing and signage, and support in implementing merchandising plans.;
Assist in achieving financial goals and adherence to company policies and safety guidelines.
