Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting audits and financial analysis.

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and schedules

• Lead and support month-end and year-end close processes

• Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with GAAP

• Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis

• Support internal and external audits, including audit schedules

• Monitor and improve accounting processes and internal controls

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters

• Mentor junior accounting staff as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

• Experience with ERP/accounting systems

• Advanced Excel skills
