Human Edge Health is seeking an experienced Telemetry RN for a 12-week night shift travel assignment at Windham Hospital in William antic, CT. This opportunity offers structured night shifts with no on-call requirements.

• Active Connecticut RN license or Compact license

• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Stroke experience preferred

• Orthopedic experience preferred

• EPIC EMR experience preferred

• Provide telemetry patient care in an acute care setting

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient status

• Administer medications and interventions per protocol

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments

• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
