About Us The Hartford Health Care Rehabilitation Network is Connecticut's premier rehab provider, offering care across the full continuum—from acute care to outpatient and community-based settings. Our Family Health Center Rehab clinic delivers comprehensive services including:
Physical Therapy (PT) Occupational Therapy (OT) Certified Hand Therapy (CHT) Speech Language Pathology (SLP) We treat a diverse patient population, including:
Orthopedic conditions Neurological disorders Chronic pain

What You'll Do:
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based care to a diverse patient population Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team Educate patients and families to support long-term outcomes Continuously grow your clinical expertise

Qualifications
· Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
· Open to new graduates
· Previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
· Current State of CT Physical Therapy license required or active temporary license at time of hire

Regular Standard Hours Per Week: 40

Clinic hours 7a-7p M-th and 7a-5b Friday
