We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering personalized care, utilizing advanced rehabilitation technology, and growing professionally in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and create customized treatment plans to meet individual needs and goals.

- Maintain accurate, timely documentation using AI-powered EMR systems.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (required)
- Active Physical Therapy License in Connecticut (preferred; must be obtained prior to start)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- Specialization in Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, or Sports Medicine a plus
- Ability to commute or relocate to New London, CT before start date
