Works on patient food service tray line and delivers trays as necessary;
Operates ware washing machinery or three-compartment sink for cleaning pots and pans;
Stocking and rotating supplies using First In First Out;
Ensures cafeteria and kitchen areas are clean and sanitation procedures followed
