QualificationsEducation
Trade school graduate in an electrical discipline or high school graduate with equivalent trade experience.
Experience
Minimum of two years (2) as an unlimited licensed journeyperson, in addition to E1 license. At least (6) years of equivalent trade work experience and training.
Licensure, Certification, Registration
- Connecticut E-1 trade license
- Valid driver's license
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of the electrical trade is necessary.
- Ability to read and understand design drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficient in the use of tools and equipment required in the trade and possess good diagnostic skills.
- Able to work in a time constrained and sometimes stressful environment.
- Basic computer knowledge to enter and retrieve data (including opening/reading email, basic internet use).
