The Receiving Associate is responsible for photographing, processing, and receiving parts within a production environment. This role supports repair, return, and outsourced workflows while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, process improvement, and daily productivity goals. The position plays a key role in ensuring items are properly documented, tracked, and prepared for downstream production operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Stage and record incoming units for Repairs, Returns, and Outsource processes

* Identify part numbers, photograph items, and scan associated documents

* Link incoming units to corresponding RMA/RGA records in company systems

* Assist in resolving discrepancies in accordance with Radwell policies

* Maintain accuracy and efficiency when processing incoming shipments

* Make occasional business-related calls to internal teams including sales and customer service

* Support customer service expectations while performing order processing tasks

* Promote continuous process improvement and workflow efficiency

* Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

Metrics

* Average of 6 units per hour received

* Complete daily processing of all shipments

* Additional performance measurements may be added as needed

Qualifications

* Strong organizational skills

* General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment

* Focus on department growth and process improvement

Education & Experience

* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

* 1-3 years of related experience or training preferred

* Technical or industrial product knowledge a plus

Physical Demands

* Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling

* Frequent walking

* Frequent lifting pushing and pulling of 50 pounds and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds

Compensation & Commission

The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $20.00 per hour.

Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break. Attendance and coverage policies must be followed. Time off is granted in accordance with company policy.
