The Order Resolution Specialist is responsible for resolving order discrepancies and ensuring accurate, timely completion of customer orders across warehouse and fulfillment operations. This role serves as a key liaison between warehouse, inventory, customer service, and sales teams to identify issues, investigate discrepancies, and drive resolution to completion.

This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Investigate and resolve order discrepancies related to picking, inventory, surplus orders, repairs, and RMAs

* Review order details and identify issues related to quantities, condition, or fulfillment accuracy

* Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and order fulfillment teams to correct discrepancies

* Communicate updates and resolutions internally to ensure smooth order processing

* Work closely with Order Fulfillment, Receiving, and Inventory teams to maintain workflow accuracy

* Assist in resolving issues related to missing or mislabeled inventory

* Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions

* Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of issues and resolutions within internal systems

* Prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of critical order issues

* Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

Education & Experience

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

* 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, order processing, or logistics preferred

* Experience with inventory systems or order management systems preferred

Physical Demands

* Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling

* Frequent walking

* Frequent standing and repetitive hand motion

* Lifting requirements based on operational needs

Compensation

The recruiting base pay scale for this full-time position is $20.00-$22.50 per hour.

Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
