One of our clients in Minot AFB, North Dakota needs a Front Desk Specialist for a Full-time Position.

• Position: Front Desk Specialist
• Location: Minot AFB, ND
• Position Type: Full-Time
• Travel: NA

• Staff the M&FRC front desk and greet customers
• Perform TAP and customer data entry using AFFIRST and TAP ACCESS
• Answer phones and route inquiries
• Maintain Outlook appointment calendars
• Prepare, proofread, and process correspondence and reports
• Maintain records and files in accordance with Air Force records policies
• Manage time and attendance data
• Provide customer service and program information to Airmen and families
• Follow AFIs, desk guides, and local command procedures

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access; ability to create elementary macros is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, using tact and courtesy with diverse military populations.
• Mastery of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and capitalization.
• Previous experience in clerical assignments, database management, or records maintenance.
• Familiarity with Air Force (AF) terminology and organizational structure.
