As a Mission Manager, you will develop actionable intelligence, combine information from disparate sources (SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, etc.), validate data, and provide time‑critical recommendations to our client.

Key responsibilities include:

• Explore new data sources and combine information from multiple platforms;
• Validate information and apply client tradecraft to build assessments on strategic‑level targets;
• Act as the authority on your target set and operational tools, delivering recommendations under pressure;
• Lead complex worldwide operations and support the highest priorities;
• Share expertise with analysts and lead mission partners in a 24/7/365 operations environment.

• 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment;
• 3+ years of experience in the operational community;
• Experience with crisis management in high‑risk or high‑consequence environments (federal/state law enforcement, USG/USMIL operations, combat arms, or tactical aviation);
• Knowledge of lifecycle and sponsor operations and how to support them;
• Ability to direct sensitive missions in a fast‑paced, high‑impact 24/7 operations center;
• Ability to conduct weekly rotating shift work;
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time;
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph (required);
• HS diploma or GED.

Nice to have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Bachelor’s degree preferred, Master’s degree a plus.

Benefits and Compensation: The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $ (annualized USD). Total benefits include health, life, disability, financial, retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care.
