Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end regulatory reporting processes for PBM, Medicaid, and state licensure requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain data models and reporting dashboards using SQL and Tableau.
- Manage reporting artifacts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track progress, and remove impediments to keep projects on schedule.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or regulatory reporting within the healthcare or pharmacy benefits domain.
- Strong knowledge of PBM operations, Medicaid programs, and state licensure reporting standards.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience building visualizations in Tableau or similar tools.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and Agile project delivery skills.
