JCR Excavating, LLC is seeking an experienced Foreman / Lead Operator to oversee field operations across oilfield civil earthwork and commercial site work. You will lead crews, operate heavy equipment, and ensure safety and quality on every project.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in oilfield construction or commercial dirt work, can read blueprints, manage schedules, and promote our safety program. CDL preferred; strong leadership and communication are essential.
