• High school diploma or equivalent (or equivalent education and technical experience)
• 3+ years of industry experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of underground utility construction and pipeline safety requirements
• Ability to manage and coordinate a crew
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass post-offer/pre-employment drug screen, background check, physical, and fit for duty
• Physical ability to walk up to 5 miles, lift up to 75 lbs., and perform manual tasks
• Must have own housing
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to attend all safety meetings and complete required paperwork
