$20.25-$21.25 per hour

Gate City Bank is looking for a service‑driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Williston Office. This part‑time role focuses on day‑to‑day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. • Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.
• Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs.
• Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash‑handling expectations.
• Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.

• Pay Range: $20.25-$21.25
• Saturday Incentive: Extra $5 for any Saturday worked!
