Red Rock Ford is looking for a professional, organized, customer-focused Service Advisor who can communicate clearly, solve problems, and help create an exceptional guest experience from check‑in to delivery.
Responsibilities- Greet customers and perform vehicle walk‑arounds with photos/video documentation
- Listen to customer concerns and help identify vehicle issues
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
- Review declined work, recalls, and service history
- Prepare accurate estimates and repair orders with detailed technician notes
- Communicate updates, approvals, timelines, and repair progress with customers
- Manage appointments, active repair orders, and daily follow‑up
- Assist in resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Help keep the service drive organized, professional, and efficient
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and detail‑oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Automotive knowledge preferred, but the right attitude matters most
- Team‑first mindset with professionalism and accountability
