Position Overview

Are you a motivated Radiologist looking to join a practice with unprecedented earning potential? This well established group of 20 Radiologists is ready to welcome a new colleague due to practice growth.

• Highly competitive $725K base salary, $100K signing bonus, and additional lucrative earning potential thanks to generous wRVU bonuses
• 14 weeks of PTO (work only 195 days/year)
• General Diagnostic Radiology with optional subspecialty focus on Body, Neuro, MSK, Breast, Nuclear Medicine, or Chest Imaging (Mammo optional/not required)
• Based at a state‑of‑the‑art, "Top 100" Hospital — the largest hospital in ND, just built several years ago
• Home workstation provided; not a remote position, but a significant number of shifts can be performed from home
• Very minimal call—only 5 weekends/year, with Monday off (or choose to pay out of call); separate team for nighthawk coverage
