Service Supervisor – Cementing

• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 (available)
• Potential Annual Earnings: $205,000/yearly – average annual earnings are an estimation dependent on hours worked per week, overtime hours worked, product service line, location, and position; actual pay will be discussed and finalized at the time of the offer.
• Position eligible for a $400/month stipend when based out of Williston, ND.
• 2 weeks on / 1 week off schedule (Halliburton reserves the right to adjust schedules based on industry needs).
• $45/day per diem or paid living accommodations during scheduled working time.
• Employees are responsible for their own travel to and from Williston, ND for their work rotation and to and from the Halliburton facility for each workday.

• Under general supervision, coordinates and oversees cementing service line work at the well site, providing quality service to the customer.
• Plans job instructions to the crew and equipment used, including dispute resolutions to approved levels.
• Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed.
• Coordinates and directs the activities of service operators.
• Coordinates the cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
• Planned and performs necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed.
• Leads the site crew comprised of Halliburton and/or non-Halliburton employees.
• Evaluates individual performance levels of the crew and trains operators to improve their job performance.
• Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center's viability or its quality of service via personal contributions.

• Class A CDL (commercial driver's license) with Hazmat endorsement and manual transmission experience required.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous oilfield cementing experience is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary.
• Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
• Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
• Promotes and takes an active part in the Quality Improvement Process.
• Candidate must meet the minimum developmental standards for this job classification.
• Has necessary working skills within the service line and a general understanding of other service functions.
