Steel Reef in North Dakota is seeking a Shift Operator to manage safe and reliable plant operations on an 8 on, 6 off schedule (10 hr days) at our Lignite facility. A hybrid work model allows four days per month remote, with regular on-site collaboration for safety and efficiency.
Reporting to the Lead Operator, you will monitor equipment, generate logs, and coordinate with teams to ensure product specs and regulatory compliance while supporting maintenance and process optimization.
