We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to be a key player in our field operations from the heart of Williston, ND. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced foremen, utilize cutting‑edge SCADA technology, and make a tangible impact on safe, efficient fluid management. Capable of troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing pipeline and SWD facilities, you’ll be a vital part of our operational success.

- Strong knowledge of SCADA systems for troubleshooting and monitoring field operations
- Mechanical aptitude with experience in isolations and control valves
- Ability to read and understand facility operations
- Troubleshooting and maintenance skills related to pipelines, SWD, pigging, and flow meters
- Ability to work collaboratively with foremen and maintenance teams
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination
- Experience with spill prevention and injection rate optimization
- Knowledge of facility compliance standards
- Basic proficiency with report checking, variance analysis, and rate monitoring
- Experience with SCADA system setup or advanced troubleshooting
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications related to oilfield operations strongly preferred
- 2+ years of field operator or lease operator experience in oil & gas, pipeline, or SWD operations
- Willingness to work an 8/6 rotation schedule with split weeks, minimizing overtime
- Must be mechanically inclined, adaptable, and motivated to perform a variety of tasks
- No direct disposal operations, but must be capable of troubleshooting and communicating issues to maintenance teams
- Located in or willing to relocate to Williston, ND
