Field Foreman

Sierra Chemicals is looking for an experienced field leader to take ownership of industrial cleaning and field service operations throughout the Bakken.

This is a hands-on position for someone who knows how to lead crews, coordinate equipment and resources, communicate with customers, solve problems in the field and keep safety at the center of every job.

What the position offers:

• $90,000-$110,000 base salary
• Annual profitability bonus of up to 8%
• $120 overnight travel stipend plus $45 per diem

We’re looking for someone with at least five years of experience in industrial services, plant maintenance, midstream operations, industrial cleaning, or oil and gas field operations. Previous crew leadership experience is required.

Experience with hydroblasting, chemical cleaning, gas processing plants, compression facilities, DOT requirements, or remote field operations is especially valuable. A CDL with Hazmat endorsement is preferred.
