• 5+ years of experience managing hard‑war or soft‑war development projects in an Agile or SAFe environment
• 3+ years experience using digital engineering tools, including Jira, Confluence, Cameo Systems Modeler, MS Project or Planner, IBM DOORS, or Jama Connect
• Experience operating as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Release Train Engineer
• Experience in risk management, managing stakeholder needs, or contract or client management
• Experience with innovation and disruptive thinking
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience with requirements and architecture development across the systems development lifecycle
• Experience performing analysis studies in a modeling and simulation environment and supporting systems engineering activities
• Experience with AI, cyber, or autonomy systems
• Experience with programming
• Experience in modeling languages such as UML
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Master’s degree
• PMP Certification
• SysML OMG Certified Systems Modelling Professional (OCSMP) Certification
• INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including CSEP or ASEP Certification

Salary ranges from $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). This range may vary based on location, education, skills, and experience. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
