We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler with strong Primavera P6 expertise to support the planning and execution of large-scale construction programs. This role will work closely with project managers, construction teams, and project controls to develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules across the full project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting complex capital projects such as data centers, industrial facilities, energy infrastructure, or large commercial construction programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules in Primavera P6 covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
- Build and maintain Level 3–4 schedules
, ensuring logical sequencing, resource loading, and accurate critical path identification. - Work closely with construction managers and discipline leads to ensure schedule logic reflects real execution strategy.
- Conduct schedule updates, progress tracking, and variance analysis to monitor performance against baseline.
- Perform schedule risk analysis and recovery planning where projects fall behind planned milestones.
- Lead schedule review meetings and schedule workshops with project teams and contractors.
- Identify schedule constraints and develop mitigation strategies to protect key project milestones.
- Support earned value analysis (EVA) and performance reporting where required.
- Coordinate schedule integration across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning teams.
- Provide clear project reporting and schedule dashboards for leadership and client stakeholders.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Primavera P6 (mandatory)
- Experience developing baseline schedules and managing schedule updates
- Strong understanding of critical path methodology (CPM)
- Experience integrating engineering, procurement, and construction schedules
- Ability to perform schedule recovery planning and time impact analysis
- Experience coordinating schedules across multiple contractors and disciplines
- Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) and performance metrics
Ability to translate field progress into accurate schedule updates
Strong communication skills working with project managers, engineers, and construction teams
Preferred ExperienceExperience on data center construction projects - Ideal but not required
Experience on large-scale capital projects ($1b+)
