Wireless Infrastructure Engineer, Mid
A well‑designed IT infrastructure is critical to move data and enable organizations to achieve their missions. Crafting the right network, with the right equipment and software, requires a combination of technical skill and careful planning. We are looking for an IT infrastructure engineer to help develop prototypes and experiment with emerging IT and 5G wireless technology to support critical mission use cases.
You’ll work with clients and a varied team of technologists to learn the strategic goals and operational needs that shape the IT requirements. Then you’ll plan and implement IT infrastructure components, resolve interoperability issues across platforms, and support prototyping of solutions. This is an opportunity to grow your skills in IT system planning, configuration, scripting, 5G, and cloud technologies while continuing to grow your network engineering experience.

Qualifications- 2+ years of experience with IT infrastructure systems
- 2+ years of experience with network design and integration of network technologies
- Experience implementing, configuring, and operating virtualization solutions, including VMware
- Experience in container technology, including Docker, and container orchestration, including Kubernetes
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Git Hub Actions
- Ability to implement, configure, and operate servers, including Windows and Linux
- Ability to develop technical briefs and convey technical concepts to a varied audience
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of networking concepts and principles
- Knowledge of cloud concepts and principles
- Knowledge of wireless networks
- Knowledge of cellular communication networks, including 4G and 5G
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Certified Administrator or RHCS Certification
- CCNA, CCNP, or 5G Certifications

Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
