Pay Range: $100,000 - $250,000 per year, Base Plus Commission

Territory: Bakken Basin (Eastern Montana, Central North Dakota, Western North Dakota)

Some engineers design products. Others solve real-world engineering problems. At Winn‑Marion, you'll work directly with customers to improve the safety, reliability, and efficiency of industrial operations. You'll combine engineering knowledge with relationship building to solve complex technical challenges—and no two days will be the same.

As a Sales Engineer, you'll become a trusted technical advisor to customers in industries including:

• Oil & Gas
• Industrial Manufacturing

You’ll evaluate applications, recommend engineered solutions, present new technologies, and help customers improve their operations. This isn't high‑pressure sales. It's consultative engineering backed by technical expertise.
