Responsibilities include coordinating and executing emissions testing programs and performing comprehensive emissions analyses. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of emissions analyzers, data collection, data reduction, statistical analysis, and preparation of technical reports. Results will be used to support regulatory compliance requirements and inform operational decision-making. The position requires a solid understanding of thermodynamics and chemistry, along with the ability to effectively manage, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
Additionally, the candidate will assist mechanics in troubleshooting, tuning, and evaluating the performance of compression engines.
- Travel, (75%+ day trips), to Kinder Morgan sites for engine air emissions testing in the Williston Basin area. Travel will require transporting truck and testing trailer to and from sites.
