Responsibilities
- Engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions
- Processing cash transactions for clients
- Having conversations with clients to understand their financial goals and connect them to solutions
- Following established processes and guidelines
- 1+ years of experience in financial services
- Knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
Demonstrates expertise in client engagement and financial services, with a strong focus on processing cash transactions and understanding client financial goals. Proven ability to connect clients with appropriate financial solutions while adhering to established processes.
