Job Overview

Leidos has a new opportunity for an Intelligence Mission Manager within the Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA). The role supports security engineering, computer network operations, mission software, analytical methods and modeling, signals intelligence (SIGINT), and cryptographic key management. It is located in McLean, Virginia and focuses on mission programs related to foreign malign influence and election security.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide expert analysis and policy-relevant assessments to senior Intelligence Community (IC) and U.S. Government leaders on complex, multi-dimensional foreign malign influence issues and election threats.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in operations and analysis, including assessment of foreign intelligence threats and opportunities.
  • Advise on functional intelligence integration, foreign policy implications, and interagency coordination efforts.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders across the U.S. Government to enhance operations, initiatives, and intelligence-sharing frameworks.
  • Maintain situational awareness of emerging regional developments and respond promptly to requests from policymakers and senior officials.
  • Prepare and coordinate high-level written materials for senior decision-makers, including Executive Point Papers (EPPs), Congressional Directive Actions (CDAs), and Talking Points (TPs).
Basic Qualifications
  • Security clearance TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 12–15 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge and background regarding foreign malign influence tactics, techniques, and procedures of adversarial state actors and organizations.
  • Proven record of advising senior leadership on sensitive intelligence and policy matters.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to convey complex issues effectively in written and oral formats.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating interagency processes and familiarity with IC organizations and staff processes.
