POSITION:
Full-time Surgical Tech Instructor

LOCATION:

Williston, ND

TYPE OF APPOINTMENT:
Full-time, exempt, 11-month contract, benefitted position.

BACKGROUND CHECK: WSC does require a successful background check for the selected candidate prior to beginning employment.

JOB SUMMARY:

The instructor oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the college's Surgical Technology program. The instructor brings real- world insight to the role, ensuring course content reflects best practices in the operating room. The instructor will also be responsible for managing the program's curriculum, budget, clinical partnerships, and faculty, ensuring accreditation compliance and student success in becoming certified surgical technologists.

Minimum Requirements:

Master's Degree and recent surgical technologist experience, plus teaching/coordination experience.

Preferred:
Surgical Technologist Certification (CST)
