CT Technologists - CT Tech RAD - Travel TNAA Total Med Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Williston, North Dakota.
Role SummaryStart date:
ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week on 12‑hour rotating shifts (Travel)
- Use computed tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients’ internal organs and tissues.
- Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests, and explain imaging procedures to patients, providing reassurance and support.
- Correctly interpret doctors’ written instructions.
- Appropriately position patients to scan specific areas of their bodies.
- Administer radiocontrast agents to patients to enhance the visibility of internal organs and tissues.
- Evaluate CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
- Follow safety procedures when working with radiation.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Understand and use the McKesson PACS system.
• 1 year of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ARRT (CT) National Certification with registration in computed tomography.
• State‑specific licensing when required.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, and stoop easily.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
