Overview
Rural Health Transformation - Remote within North Dakota. Program Data Analyst (Performance Metrics Evaluator) for ND Health and Human Services' Rural Health Transformation Project. Multiple openings.
Responsibilities- Play a crucial role in leveraging data to support leadership's decision-making and to enhance the delivery of services to rural communities as a Program Data Analyst (Performance Metrics Evaluator).
- Transform complex, raw data into meaningful insights to drive decision-making for the Rural Health Transformation Grant.
- Build reporting processes from the ground up; collect and analyze data from multiple sources; ensure accuracy and integrity; and track performance metrics against grant requirements.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to inform leadership, clinicians, and stakeholders.
- Support the commitment to improving the health and well-being of North Dakotans with a focus on healthier people, stronger communities, and a rural health system built to last.
- To thrive in this position, you must be comfortable building data systems from scratch in an evolving environment; be proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without compromising data quality.
- Convey complex technical information in accessible terms for both technical and non-technical audiences and generate actionable insights for program improvements and policy development.
- Related bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience gathering, analyzing, interpreting and communicating complex data for health and/or human services programs.
- Additional work experience may substitute for up to two years of the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
This position is funded by a Federal grant. If grant dollars do not exist, the continuation of the role will need to be reviewed.
Location:
The work of the Office of Rural Health Transformation is focused on the people living in North Dakota. Candidates selected must reside in North Dakota (or bordering community) and be able to travel as needed for their work.
