• Nighttime Welcome Wagon:
  Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check‑ins, reservations, and late‑night questions.
• Master of Midnight Math:
  Own the Night Audit! Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is correct.
• Guardian of the Glow‑Up:
  Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks.
• The Nightly Newsroom:
  Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management insight on overnight activity.
• Teamwork After Twilight:
  Work hand‑in‑hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top‑notch.
• Tech‑Savvy Problem Solver:
  Fluent in Windows, spreadsheets and word documents, and able to solve problems independently.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• One year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.

Located in the heart of the Bakken Oil Field, less than three miles from downtown Williston, North Dakota, the hotel is minutes from Sloulin Field International Airport and close to local businesses, shopping and dining. The spacious suites offer extra room for guests. The property has nearly 2,000 sq. ft. of event space and can accommodate up to 150 guests. Features include 61 guest rooms, 27 suites, 10 accessible rooms, a business center, and an indoor pool.
