The Opportunity:

Coach the team on Scrum principles, help the team focus on release goals to achieve their highest performance level, and ensure the Scrum project is successfully progressed. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Coordinate projects in People Systems using strong project management skills and deep analytical capabilities, and assist in applying agile principles to SAAS applications.

Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or with leading Agile teams
• Experience with Information Technology
• Experience with projects using Scaled Agile Framework
• Experience with Jira and implementing Agile techniques in a software delivery environment
• Experience with metrics, running reports, and creating queries
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Workday
• Experience with Dayforce
• Scaled Agile Framework Scrum Master Certification

Compensation

Salary range: $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
