EPM Cloud Application Developer

Manage the requirements gathering, development, and delivery of solution-oriented applications using Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services in EPM Cloud. Provide full life cycle development, support, and project management for planning applications, including identification, creation, and documentation of business requirements, key process development, rules, Essbase calculations, and data sourcing strategies while providing user support through training and documentation. Ensure that rules and procedures for testing and promoting code are followed.

Analyze processes to monitor and control data integrity, quality, and security controls. Apply critical and logical thinking to address and debug system and process-related issues. Communicate regularly with management, colleagues, and clients to provide project status updates and present available development capabilities.

• 3+ years of experience with development for Hyperion planning
• Experience with full life cycle project management and development, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, rollout, and implementation
• Experience driving client and peer relationships and facilitating information-gathering sessions to elicit requirements using multiple methods
• Experience performing detailed analysis and research and managing deadlines across multiple deliverables
• Experience creating detailed project documentation, including discussions, considerations, and requirements
• Experience quickly learning new EPM software tools and developing integration and deployment strategies
• Experience applying logical and critical thinking to address and troubleshoot bugs and process or system-related issues
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

• Experience with Government Cost Accounting and Forward Pricing Rate Proposals
• Experience with managing applications that meet Sarbanes Oxley SOX or process and access controls
• Knowledge of Databricks SQL
• Knowledge of basic ETL concepts
