• Consultative Design: Partner directly with clients to understand their challenges and architect custom-tailored network and security solutions.
• Project Ownership: Manage multiple, concurrent network initiatives, coordinating with wiring teams and support analysts to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Hands-On Excellence: Remain "on the tools" for high-level implementation, routing/switching, and firewall security, while providing the technical "north star" for the project.
• Professional Mentorship: Elevate the internal team by providing guidance to junior staff and setting the standard for technical documentation and delivery.
