JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary purpose:
Responsible for leading the NOC's efficient and thorough monitoring of the saltwater disposal field locations to ensure that these locations are fully operational, maximizing capabilities/intake along with maintaining a professional and courteous attitude at all times.

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• A minimum of one (1) year with direct people management.
• Intermediate proficiency level in MS Office applications that may include but are not limited to Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers (for travel).

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple individuals and projects on a daily basis.
• Good problem‑solving skills, including the ability to utilize multiple resources to arrive at a solution.
• Strong customer focus that includes demonstrated and consistent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly analyze changing conditions at the facilities and make appropriate adjustments within operating parameters.
• Ability to perform the required and expected duties with little or no direct supervision.
• Must be able to work with a team, take direction from management, adhere to required work schedules, focus attention on details, and follow work rules.
• Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
• Ability to organize and prioritize daily work.

• 24/7/365 operation;
  Work schedule change may occur with little advance notice.
• Occasional but infrequent travel away from the assigned work location may be required.
• May be required to carry a cell phone and be available to respond during working and non‑working hours.
• The successful candidate will be required to clear a drug screen and a complete background check, including credit report for certain positions, after an offer has been extended and prior to being employed.
