- Minimum of 3 years of property management experience.
- Experience managing multiple sites (dual‑site management) preferred.
- Proficiency with Yardi is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to pass a soft credit review.
This role requires pre‑employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and credit review.
