The OpportunityAn effective Service Now program requires a manager who is passionate about guiding it through the complexities of its lifecycle. We need a seasoned Service Now Program Manager to ensure program success.
As a Service Now Program Manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs, guiding Federal Government clients toward successful and scalable Service Now implementations. You will organize and coordinate program objectives, guide your team through requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges, and identify business growth opportunities.
You Have- 5+ years of experience in management of Service Now programs
- Experience writing reports for executive leadership
- Experience managing Federal contracts
- Experience with integrated project schedules and critical path management
- Experience designing and implementing complex contract program initiatives, change control processes, and managing technical requirements
- Ability to review and comprehend Service Level Agreements and requirements documents
- Ability to analyze performance of IT services using metric analysis tools
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with National Institutes of Health contracts
- Master’s degree
- ITIL v3 or v4 Certification
Salary range: $99,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week are eligible for our benefit programs.
