Pay:

Range starts at $20.65/hour (pay is calculated based on years of related experience)

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm

Job Summary & Deliverables

The Team Lead performs a variety of supervisory tasks and ensures employees have the resources and training to perform their jobs successfully. The Team Lead possesses advanced knowledge and skill in their respective function and utilizes this knowledge and skill to train, coach, and supervise employees. The Team Lead actively encourages a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

Essential Functions
  • Supervises the daily activities and operational performance of a team of direct care employees.
  • Ensures ongoing and transparent communication by holding huddles, one‑to‑one meetings, and the utilization of approved communication resources. Ensures communication saturation.
  • Promotes a culture of strong performance and high morale.
  • Provides orientation, training, and mentoring to new employees; ensures that orientation and training objectives are completed within established time frames.
  • Ensures the completion of clinical and operational goals within required timelines.
  • Coordinates and trains employees to understand program service delivery model and how each member of the team serves to ensure fulfillment.
  • Ensures employee compliance with company policy, procedure and operational expectations.
  • Addresses performance problems and provides appropriate support.
  • Improves employee competence by providing educational resources and training.
