Regional Manager
As a Regional Manager, you lead multiple clubs, working closely with Club Managers to develop, train, and mentor them into successful leaders. You serve as an extension of club ownership, assuming responsibility for club operations, membership growth, sales, and profitability.
Responsibilities- Development, training, mentorship, and leadership of the Club Managers
- Oversight of the entire group of clubs, membership, sales, and operations
- Management, training and ongoing motivation of club personnel while tracking towards overall Club goals
- Working closely with ownership to streamline processes to drive overall club profitability
- All other duties as assigned
- Needs to be able to work required hours as listed:
- Monday
- Thursday – 10a-7p - Friday – 8a-12p
- Monday
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be coachable.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about health and fitness.
- Must be personable.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
