Program Management Specialist
As a program management specialist, you will support a project from concept to completion. You’ll implement and maintain programs that support defense technology strategy, reviewing contracts, project cost accounting, and tactical planning using MS Suite. You will communicate with stakeholders to ensure program goals are met and quality standards upheld.
You Have- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, program management, organizational advising, or operational restructuring
- Experience with process improvement or strategic planning
- Experience with financial analysis, including conducting research on market trends and identifying areas to save cost
- Experience with MS Office Suite and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to communicate clearly and assertively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working within a team environment, diagnosing dynamics, and discussing corrective action plans with clients for buy‑in
- Experience mentoring personnel, resolving conflicts, and motivating teams through organizational change
- Knowledge of DoD technology development
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including government leads, vendors, and technical teams
- Master’s degree in a related field

Compensation & BenefitsSalary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
