Warehouse Specialist – Williston, ND

ChampionX (now part of SLB) is seeking a dedicated warehouse operator to support logistics operations. The role begins with ChampionX and will transition to SLB as part of the integration.

What You Will Do
  • Load and unload products from or to warehouse locations
  • Report to and receive instructions from the Field Operations Manager
  • Operate equipment such as pumps, mules, forklifts, and loading platforms
  • Make proper hookups from storage tanks to trucks and ensure the correct chemical is loaded
  • Maintain clear safety areas and good housekeeping standards
  • Handle drums, bulk totes, and other packaged products during truck loading/unloading
  • Sample chemicals and complete related paperwork
  • Perform daily inspections on all equipment used
  • Monitor in‑house mixed chemical bulk totes
  • Pick and stage orders for upcoming shipments
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum high school graduate or GED
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • No immigration sponsorship offered for this position
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
Physical Demands
  • Lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Role is safety‑sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in a similar chemical environment
  • Experience handling bulk drums, totes, and mini/micro‑feed units
  • Experience performing warehouse duties, including preventive maintenance, inventory and ordering, receiving shipments, organizing safe chemical storage, operating customized manufacturing equipment, and maintaining warehouse grounds
  • Knowledge of pumps, valves, hand tools, and welding equipment
  • Awareness of chemical safety measures for skin contact or spills
  • Proficiency with basic math
  • Basic knowledge of personal computers and Windows software
  • Experience with SAP
